Project Management Tool

Our projects can be monitored on a real-time basis, with our web based Project Management Tool. All progress can be stored and tracked with all the relevant uploaded pictures and documents. Stakeholders can access the tool with their password to retrieve all kind of information with regard to the status of their project. Reports, KPIs help to keep track of the progress and monitor the process. Warnings when overdue happen on certain tasks, trigger immediate actions, thus avoiding delays. A regularly updated issue tracker and monthly steering call with the clients, ensure the success of the project.

Global Partners

We established a widespread business network with companies in more than 20 countries worldwide, so-called the “Local Network Partners (LNPs)”, that well understand the local requirements of the market and communicate in the local language of the dedicated country. All LNPs are elaborately selected and extensively trained and certified by us, servicing our customers with survey, domestic transportation, installation and after sales services. Wherever there is a justifiable business volume in a specific region/country where no LNP structure exists, we establish an LNP to serve that region.

Survey

Survey is not just about taking a measurement. We consider survey as an opportunity to see all obstacles that are on the way. By foreseeing all possible problems, we manage production and implementation process accordingly for higher customer satisfaction. Our LNPs take the layout of the sites, advise about pre-works to be done, see if the products fit properly, prepare site layout with a shop-list and make sure that the site is ready for installation. 

Logistics and Customs Clearance

We are able to provide the best and most comprehensive logistics service via our partners around the globe. We utilize reputable logistic companies with regional expertise and warehousing capabilities, tailoring our services to our customers' specific needs. We are able to service our customers in a wide range of delivery terms starting from simple ex-works basis, up to more complex door-to-door DDP deliveries using land, sea or air transportation. We provide custom clearance services for our customers in almost all European countries and other parts of the world as well, where local regulations allow. 

European Warehousing

In order to better service our EU clients, we use a warehouse in Germany. The products are shiped to the warehouse in bulk (the goods reducing the freight costs) and invoice to our German entity, NOVA GmbH. The goods are then invoiced and shipped from that warehouse to the EU client.    This operation enables EU clients to deal directly with an EU company. All custom clearence services provided by NOVA GmbH. 

Installation

With our experienced LNP network, we manage to give installation services globally wherever necessary. Where we do not have LNPs, we do the installation with our own teams that we send on-site or use local service providers under the control of our supervisors. 

Aftersales Services

Our LNPs take care of all aftersales sevices related to warranty issues and eventually spare parts requirements.

We operate in a state-of-art 50.000 m² production facility; one floor dedicated to metal and one floor dedicated to wood processing. Our production facility utilizes the latest techniques, innovative technologies and quality control systems combined with a highly skilled workforce to provide our customers with high-end, top quality products. Most of our critical machinery is in duplicate thus avoiding undesired delays as well as increasing capacity when necessary.

Besides being committed to high standards of manufacturing and implementation, we undertake full responsibility to provide all appropriate warranties and after-sales services for our products. We may also offer an extended warranty for our products and services if requested by our clients.
